- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
2. Delivery Time
- Typical delivery to U.S. addresses is up to 14 days from shipment (excluding processing time). Some high-demand items may require an additional 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
- Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
4. Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control may occur, including:
- High seasonal demand
- Carrier or customs processing delays
- Severe weather or natural events

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please verify your shipping details at checkout.

- Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost or stolen:
- Contact your local carrier for assistance.
- Email us at support@sarobrand.store. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but replacement is not guaranteed.
