1. 14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day guarantee from the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our 14-day guarantee:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos and/or video showing the issue and the original packaging.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

3. What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not apply to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (please review our size guides before ordering).
  • Color differences due to display/monitor settings.
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
  • Packages lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier.

4. Resolution Process

Once we receive your claim and verify the issue:

  • We will offer either a replacement or refund — at our sole discretion.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5. How to File a Claim

  1. Email support@sorabrand.store with your order number and detailed description of the issue.
  2. Include required photos/videos.
  3. Submit your claim within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible.

6. Final Decision

Saro reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that does not meet the conditions above. All determinations are final.
